I had Brent provide a self-defense class to my staff at Cappuccino and Company coffee shop. My employees were surprised by how empowered they felt, and we all liked how much fun we had! It's important stuff; business owners should take advantage of the opportunity to better their staff and improve each person's confidence at the same time.

We used Brent for a Webb Orthodontics team building event and had so much fun while bonding and empowering our team! I highly recommend this course for a corporate team building event! Brent is very knowledgeable, a fantastic instructor and a pleasure to work with. Our team had a blast and we loved practicing self-defense moves on each other and learning to being more aware of dangerous situations and how to handle them. We used Brent for several types of training at our Church. We had him give the ladies a 'Woman As Warriors' self-defense class that the ladies not only enjoyed but learned valuable skills as well.
We had Brent do a 'Conflict Resolution' class for our Safety Team and a 'Self Defense" class for our Safety Team. The Team loved the depth of training and learning how to try and avoid a conflict by de-escalation.
The Team also learned how to respond as things progress in situations to avoid unnecessary harm to anyone.
Brent is an excellent teacher and explains things in a way that not only makes them fun to learn but easy to remember.
